Természetes mozgásokon alapuló játékos feladatokkal fejleszti a gyermekek kondicionális és koordinációs képességeit, valamint az ízületi mozgékonyságot, mindezt életkortól, nemtől és fizikai adottságoktól függetlenül.

Nincs versenykényszer, nincs kudarc, csak örömteli élmény és rengeteg sikerélmény
Úgy javítja a testtartást és a mozgásmintákat, hogy nincsenek unalmas, monoton feladatok
Az élményszerű, vidám, változatos játékok varázslatos erejének köszönhetően olyan részképességek – térbeli orientáció, testséma, figyelem és koncentráció, szerialitás, vizuo- és szenzomotoros képesség, grafomotoros képesség stb. – is fejlődnek, amelyek az iskolai teljesítményt támogatják
A természetes mozgásokon alapuló játékos feladatokon keresztül harmonikusan fejleszti a kondicionális és koordinációs képességeket, illetve az ízületi mozgékonyságot
Figyelembe veszi a korosztályra és/vagy az egyénre jellemző pszichés, kognitív és fizikális jellemzőket
A változatos mozgásprogram minden, a mozgásban résztvevő szövetet (izom, kötőszövet, csont, porc) edzésben tart
Izgalmas feladatokkal, észrevétlenül optimalizálja a mozgást, így a mozgásszervi problémák kialakulásának megelőzésében is komoly segítséget nyújt
Nem csak csoportos formában alkalmazható, hanem egyénileg is, a kolléga szakképesítésének megfelelően akár speciális korrekciós céllal is
…és végül talán a legfontosabb: megszeretteti a mozgást a gyermekekkel, tehát segít abban, hogy egy életre a mindennapjai részévé váljon
