Gerinctréning



A mogásszegény, ülő életmód, az egyoldalú terhelések sokat árhatnak a gerinc egészségének. A krónikus, nem specifikus derékfájdalmak túlnyomó többsége épp ezekből a helytelen, alul vagy túlterhelésekből adódik, egyes izmok tónusa csökken, mások ennek kompenzálásaként túlzottan feszessé válnak, megborul a test izomegyensúlya. Ezek a diszbalanszok könnyen vezethetnek idővel a gerinc statikájának megváltozásához, fájdalmakhoz, gyakran porckorong kiboltosuláshoz vagy sérvhez is. A gerinctréning során feltérképezzük a testtartáshibákat, a gyenge láncszemeket és személyre szabott, változatos nyújtó, mobilizáló, stabilizáló mozgásprogrammal igyekszünk visszaadni a gerinc természetes rugalmasságát, mobilitását és stabilitását, a könnyed mozgás örömét.
