Kiscsoportos iskola előkészítő foglalkozás – FittLiget (TESZT)

FittLiget (TESZT)

A foglalkozások alatt TSMT mozgásfejlesztés és kognitív részképesség fejlesztés történik. A mozgásfejlesztés fő elemei a mozgáskoordináció, mozgás-beszéd összekapcsolása, keresztező mozgások megerősítése. Részképesség fejlesztés során az iskolához elengedhetetlen írás-olvasás-számolás előkészítése történik, illetve a figyelmi funkciók, az észlelés és a gondolkodás is nagy hangsúlyt kapnak. Ezen kívül minden foglalkozás relaxációval zárul.
